More than 4,000 individuals from a diverse background in health care, clinical research, policy development, education and advocacy already know the value of membership in the Canadian Obesity Network (CON).
*Membership in CON is limited to obesity researchers, health professionals and other professional stakeholders with an interest in obesity research, prevention and management.
They also know that more must be done to lower barriers between sectors and disciplines if real progress is to be made in the fight against obesity. They know that resources are scarce, and that Canada is only now waking up to the costly realities of the obesity epidemic.
